@thistleexpress is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Absolutely rubbish, they have no hot water and this is something you’re unaware of until after you’ve paid. The manager was very aggressive and rude. I would never recommend!

@thistleexpress Clearly the staff at your Luton airport hotel think I am both stupid and a liar. First accused me of moving a traffic cone to park my car then decided I was to blame because the vending machine ate my money. No apologies AND useless! #badservice
