@tiff_help FYI, your ticketing site shows I AM: CELINE DION playing two shows a day Fri-Sun but your calendar only shows a single show on Sat.

@tiff_help been a tiff member for 20 years and was excited to renew early for 20%. Only to fund out that NEW members got 50% off. So penalizing loyal members?

@whatskookn Hi Jess! We currently have our screening schedule posted online through April 11. For screenings after this date for the following week, please check our website tomorrow at 10:00am. Our weekly schedule is updated online every Wednesday morning at 10:00am.

@tiff_help Just following up on this. My existing membership was set to expire in April/24. I used the WIFT promo to buy a 1-year membership. I was under the impression that this would extend my membership to April/25, but my digital membership card shows expiry on Sep/24. Can you advise?

@tiff_help Hey there. WIFT Toronto has a Black Friday promo for a one year membership. I'm already a member. If I purchase this, will it extend my current membership by a year?

@comedyfilmguy The regular price of our standard individual membership is $120. The WIFT website has the wrong price listed.

@tiff_help Hi! None of the 70MM showtimes lead to a page where you can buy tickets. The same thing was happening yesterday. What’s going on? How can we get access to buy tickets??

@tiff_help OK... but Ticketmaster doesn't show anything for Dec 10 still.

@tiff_help You have conflicting information on your site. The Boogie Nights event page lists a Dec 10 screening, but your ticket purchasing page shows that it's on Dec 9. Please clarify.

@comedyfilmguy Hi, the 70mm is included in the Cinematheque section of the website and to search, you would need to search for the specific film title. Thank you!

@tiff_help The link to the 70mm films in this morning's email doesn't work - it only shows Cinematheque screenings. Searching for "70mm" doesn't return any results either.

@funEman_ Hi Ethan! Thank you for your message. The subscription series for The Curse won't show up under My Events just yet. Tickets will appear in your account just ahead of the first screening date. To verify that the purchase went through, click 'Account Activity' on Account Manager.
