Pag sobrang info overload tapos sunod-sunod, that's seen as brigading, people think it's bot behavior. People do not respond well to that. Also, please please please if possible don't describe their music as just bubblegum pop kasi their discography is more diverse and versatile than that. They've done pop, R&B, dance, to name a few.
