City workers fix thousands of tiny annoyances every year, from broken basketball rims to bike path bumps. This year, we’re highlighting 16 of those fixes.
From the exacerbating eight to the frustrating four, every item in each round will be repaired…but you’ll be voting on which fix will be done by me on day 100 of our admin.

@eta_ny All these train freaks literally know nothing and it shows everytime they have these room temp IQ complaints. Open gangways cars CANNOT operate on express tracks for safety reasons. The reason theyre "the standard worldwide" is because no one else has dedicated express tracks

While it's exciting that the MTA is ordering new trains, there is no excuse not to buy all of them as walk-through (open-gangway) cars.
Walk-through cars are the standard worldwide: they're not only higher capacity, but safer.
