Back to work today getting some swings in at @backwoodsball with the Pro Velocity Bat. Kept focusing on driving through the zone. Also worked on fielding the ball more on my glove side.

I’m back to work after my summer season has sadly come to an end. Started a new program at the @backwoodsball barn! Using the @ProVelocityBat to power through the zone while keeping my fundamentals under control. Couldn’t be more excited to start this program!

Today I was invited to be a part of @EmilyRank2 signing day for Owens. Congratulations on being selected 2nd team all Ohio. Your training partner and I couldn’t be more proud of you. Now to work harder for the next level. Thanks for allowing me to be a part of your Journey.

Thank you @hossjob and @TreadHQ for letting us tour the complex. It’s amazing. A special thanks to Kyle for working with @trinitysander1 a little bit on a crazy day. It was great seeing you and catching up a little. Nothing better than some swings after a 9 hour drive.

@trinitysander1 @jam_woe Lifting,catching and hitting. 3 days a week getting better. Added some new drills Korn Flakes (competition between them who can recover the fastest) and some rice crispys. Keep up the great work kids.

I know I don’t post enough about these young athletes. But I can tell you the last month or two a lot of them are continuing to get better. A few pictures of what I have. @trinity_sander @jam_woe @ryleighk2009 @hartman2027 sorry if I missed a tag.

@EmilyRank2 and @trinitysander1 worked on receiving, blocking, and did their throwing program @DrivelineBB today.

These two don’t quit. @EmilyRank2 finished her season last week,uncommitted senior,and @trinitysander1 says I want to throw with em, after finishing yesterday. So what do they do they work on transfers as they’re throwing. Senior and freshman getting after it.

Welcome to the bomb squad @trinitysander1 Keep up the work kid. Also hearing some grumbling that @jam_woe, @Jackson42555 and @EmilyRank2 all went yard this weekend as well. Keep stinging the ball.
