A man who was out on his personal watercraft off the coast of North Carolina found himself surrounded by sharks in a “feeding frenzy” on April 13. The man, Brett Barley, captured footage of the moment he spotted what he initially thought was a small group of sharks feeding on a large school of baitfish. As he moved in closer to film, a much larger group of sharks suddenly surfaced around him, encircling his watercraft.
