Proceeding with #midi controllers programming. Now managed to use knobs to control macbook brightness. There are plenty of other use cases for knobs and implementation is very easy with #js #nodejs. Very handy given I always have these controllers on the table.

@DotMatrixSpook @WeAreNovation Thanks! Using it as simple as switching the device in developer mode and sending midi commands to it. It makes this device so more useful for me, since most of my time I don’t spend writing music :) There’s going to be video and github repo for “how to” soon

@kevinpeters_ Some metrics as churn reduction are dangerous ones to mention - it’s unlikely documentation reduced churn on it’s own, I’d suspect such candidate in taking credit of unclaimed/somebody else’s work. Better lack of ability to explain impact than trust issues, IMO.

Most of the time there is no tracking of metrics. Fake it till you make it. Not unrealistic but good numbers. Ex: Introduced documentation that led to 2% less churn during onboarding
