Ahmedabad is the most underrated city in India. No, seriously. Business? Home to some of India’s oldest and wealthiest trading families. More BSE-listed companies per capita than most metros. Food? You haven’t lived until you’ve had a full Gujarati thali at 11am on a Tuesday like it’s completely normal. Infrastructure? BRTS, riverfront, metro — a Tier 1 city that actually planned itself. Cost of living? Your Mumbai rent gets you a bungalow here. Culture? IIM-A in one corner. The largest textile market in Asia in the other. Safety? Women walking at midnight. Enough said. And the people — Gujaratis don’t talk about building wealth. They just quietly do it. Then offer you chai. Every city has an identity. Ahmedabad’s identity is execution. Sabse sasta. Sabse saaaf. Sabse smart. The best city in India isn’t the loudest one. 🧡

India's own Coursera. Thousands of free courses. Exams and certification by govt for a small fee. Been there for so long. Not many youngsters or learners in India will know about it. Why? As usual poor PR and communication from GoI. MIB is the most weak ministry to put it mildly. It needs a new young dynamic MP heading it with a capable defense personnel leading infowar and counter psyops. This one reform and reshuffle by @PMOIndia will help India tremendously from its soft power to economy. It will even benefit the ruling govt, I assure. Please do it at least for politics sake. 🙏 swayam.gov.in

I attended the AI Impact Summit today. 5 made in India AI Products BLEW my mind: 1. EkaScribe: A doctor in a busy rural clinic see 5 patients without touching a keyboard. The AI handles the prescriptions, history, and filing. 2. Ottobots: Made in India autonomous robots that can deliver medicines in hospitals, navigating elevators and cooridors by themselves (no more family members rushing to pharmacies). 3. Sarvam Kaze: Sleek, Made-in-India AI spectacles that "see" what you see. They don't just record - they explain the world to you in your local language via bone conduction like a genius translator whispering in your ear. 4. Sarvam Edge: AI that runs on your phone with zero internet - translates 22 languages in real-time even while you're in a basement. 5. Mankomb’s "Chewie": AI native kitchen appliance that literally eats your waste. It converts wet waste - bones, meat, and fluids into nutrient rich "RegenSoil" in hours using real-time AI sensors.

Revant Himatsingka “Food Pharmer”
A food company copied the @onlywhatsneeded packaging and we’re sending them a legal notice! I’m just kidding, I’m actually really happy about it. In fact, I want every single food company (biscuits, noodles, chips, etc.) to copy our packaging. If every company used a clear pie chart and displayed their ingredients transparently, it would become much easier for Indian consumers to make healthier choices. For too long, ingredient lists have been written in microscopic font on the back of packs, sometimes intentionally hidden underneath the flap. So we did the exact opposite of what most food brands have been doing until now: – Ingredients and nutrition are on the front, in a readable size – Exact ingredient percentages are listed – A big pie chart instead of food images to help visualise what is going into your body Let’s transform how the front of pack labelling works in India! Let’s Make India Healthy Again!

X is a great place to get inspired. I met a founder in my DMs today. He started with ₹40,000 borrowed from friends. Today: * One product * ₹1.5-2 CR monthly revenue * Amazon best-seller for 2+ years * Next Step: Manufacturing in India 🇮🇳 From 200 units/month → 20,000 units/month. Now he’s building more Made-in-India products in water, air, and hygiene. This is Purifit. If you think “business is impossible without funding” Read this again. People like this are quietly building. Step by step. Hope this gives someone courage to start today. 💪 @akshay_ranjith

When billionaires talk about giving back - it's usually PR. When a grieving father walks into PM's office and says 'let me do something big for India' - that's pure desh prem. Anil Agrawal just set a standard nobody can match. ₹15,000 crore is impressive. But a grieving father walking into a room and saying 'I want to do something big for my country - for my son' - that's unforgettable. Anil Agrawal didn't just pledge money. He pledged his son's legacy. India needed this story today. 🙏❤️

The pigeon is that type of bird; wherever it goes, it eliminates all other birds. It completely destroys the entire ecosystem. The pigeon is the only bird that has adapted itself to urban life. Pigeons have stopped being afraid of humans. They lay eggs anywhere. Pigeons lay eggs in large numbers and gradually increase their population to such an extent that all other birds begin to disappear. Since the birds that prey on pigeons in the ecosystem, such as hawks and eagles, have become very few or almost non-existent, pigeons are multiplying rapidly. While other birds are becoming extremely rare or even extinct due to the terror and menace of pigeons. Moreover, pigeons have spread several dangerous diseases to humans and animals. Recently, a person died in Surat and Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and when the investigation revealed that the death was caused by a pigeon, everyone was shocked. Several diseases can be spread by pigeons, including histoplasmosis, cryptococcosis, psittacosis, and hypersensitivity pneumonitis. Incidentally, the pigeon is not a native Indian bird; it came to India from Africa and has completely taken over, driving other birds to extinction. The Jain community, which has been campaigning for years to feed pigeons in Mumbai, needs to understand that it is more important to save thousands of native Indian birds like cuckoos, sparrows, mynas, bulbuls, parrots, kingfishers, and lapwings, which are disappearing from cities and towns.

A skincare brand in Austin doing $5.9M annually came to us in December. Email was 14% of total revenue. Not terrible, but way below where it should be. I asked to see their order confirmation email. Standard Shopify template. "Thanks for your order. Here's your tracking number." That's it. I told the founder: "You're wasting the most emotionally charged moment in the entire customer journey." She looked confused. "It's just a confirmation email. What else should it say?" Here's what most founders miss: The order confirmation email has the highest open rate of ANY email you'll ever send. 65-80% open rates. Sometimes higher. Because people WANT that email. They're excited. They just gave you money. They're emotionally invested. And most ecom brands treat it like a receipt. We rebuilt theirs completely: Subject line: "Your order is confirmed! Here's what happens next." Body: Personal thank you from the founder (2 sentences, not a novel) "What to expect": product arrives in 3-5 days, here's how to track it "While you wait": how to prep your skin for best results (educational, not salesy) "Quick question": ask how they heard about the brand (builds engagement, helps attribution) Subtle upsell: "Customers who bought [product] also love [complementary product]" (not pushy, just helpful) Then we segmented it by purchase number: First-time buyers got the educational version. Repeat customers got a VIP version: "Welcome back! You're one of our top customers. Here's early access to our new launch." Revenue from order confirmation emails went from basically $0 to $4,200/month. Same traffic. Same conversion rate. Just leveraging the one email everyone actually reads. But here's the bigger unlock: By adding "how did you hear about us?" to the confirmation email, they started getting attribution data they'd been missing for months. Turned out 23% of their customers were coming from a podcast they didn't even know was driving sales. They reallocated budget, leaned into that channel, and saw another lift. All because they stopped treating the order confirmation like a throwaway email. If your order confirmation is just a Shopify template with tracking info, you're leaving $3-5K/month on the table. It's the highest-open-rate email you'll ever send. Use it.
