PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi hosted a special reception in Lahore to honour local and international players ahead of Pakistan Super League Season 11.
The official anthem of PSL 11 was also launched during the ceremony.
Naqvi said the tournament has been scaled down in view of the regional situation and national interests, apologising to fans while stressing that “greater national interest comes first” and expressing confidence that “today’s sacrifice will lead to ease tomorrow.”

Pakistan moved Fakhar down to have a RizBar top order. Fakhar has always been an opener who once set can go berserk, which is doing today and has done before, but his skills have not been utilised over the last two years … Had to be on the brink of elimination to get it right
