Onboarding is critical for mobile apps - it could determine how likely people are to use your app in the future. Here are some best practices and success stories for designing the onboarding process in @uxmag - bit.ly/3u0pxvc#ux#cx#onboarding Image from @usemustapp.
@willemhandreck Willem, you are too awesome for saying this, thank you! Our design team certainly created a beautiful app, for which they received a Red Dot Design Award last year. We are more obsessed more about building an epic experience for movie/series fans than raking in the $ with ads.💙
@astroboogie@astro Ouch, we feel your pain! 😩 Nathaniel, we will do our best to get you back on track. If you haven't yet, contact our support and we'll think of something. 👍
@carolmoreira3 Carol, we don't speak Portuguese, unfortunately, but I think you are really going to enjoy our app if you give it a shot. We'd be psyched to have you! 💙 usemust.com
@Basile_BJ We are not sure if we are understanding you properly, but if you go to any actors/directors page (doesn't have to be your favorite), you will see how many movies you've watched with their participation.
@kevinclark Kevin, as someone who clearly appreciates great product UI (yeap, looking at your profile bio), you might like Must for a number of reasons, but mostly for it covering TV series just as passionately as movies & keeping things looking sexy. We'd be psyched if you gave it a try! 🖤
@Basile_BJ As for stats, you will find the bars icon in top right corner of your profile page. Stats will show your favourite actors and directors. And if you go to any actor/director page, you'll be able to see how many movies of theirs you've already watched. 🖤
@Basile_BJ Basile, you can already share your review with friends. Hit the 3-dot menu on your review card, select Share and pick how you'd like to share it.
@EstalellaNarcis There are a number of variables like newer movies, movies that you haven't watched that may be to your taste, and a number of other parameters that would trigger a notification. But you are right, unless your friend tags you in his answer, you aren't going to get notified.
@usemustapp Hi there! Really enjoying the app! Just wondering if it would be posible for me to get notified whenever a friend comments on their own movie review after I commented on it.
@rolle Use the "Share" icon located to the right of the film title or "Send to a friend" button below. You can then search for your friend on Must or choose a traditional way to share.
@Basile_BJ Your English is excellent, and probably a lot better than our French. We do promise to think about the criticality of this feature. Thank you for bringing it up.✌️
@rondokenobi Hi Ronny. Direct links to content is difficult business. While we do our best to always keep these links on point, sometimes we may miss a few. We will speak to the dev team about this specific case. ✌️
