Setting names aside, if you look at the situation objectively, no credible source has identified the man accused of sexual harassment and assault as Jisoo’s brother, aside from claims made by anti accounts. I’m not trying to defend anyone, but I would like to address this in two separate points. First, any man who commits SA or violence against a woman absolutely deserves to be punished. And I sincerely hope that the woman who was the victim receives the justice. Second, the evidence claiming that the man in question is her brother is still not strong enough to be accepted as fact. It has not been directly identified by the police, the trusted media, or the victim herself. If it is confirmed that the perpetrator is indeed her brother, he should take responsibility for his actions and be punished. Jisoo has nothing to do with this matter and should not be drag into it. There are also unusual patterns in the way this story is being circulated, which makes it seem as though there may be an intention to damage Jisoo’s reputation. For now, I would like to wait for BLISSOO official action only.
