A few things I’ve learned whilst working at @SonicLabs (from my own perspective) - Things aren’t final until they are final and even when they are final, they aren’t necessarily final. A lot of people make promises and guarantees, but always try to get them on paper. - Developers are the most important part of an ecosystem. Attract good devs, they make good apps, their good apps attract new users, new users attract liquidity, ecosystem thrives. - Protect your treasury. Secure and guarantee a runway for the future to develop the next generation with financial security backing new ideas. - Solid fundamentals always outpace short term trends. Embrace new trends but use caution, always keep your primary focus on the bigger picture no matter how tempting a trend might appear. - Prioritize those who prioritize you. Find good partners, treat them well, build relationships and everyone flourishes. I will try to post more over the coming months since there is no shortage of learning and progress in the organization.
