Even medical schools presently have problems with funding. So it’s not just about capacity, but capability. So yes, atm, Nigeria can’t!

These JAMB results... Some students consecutively scored 270, 280, 290...as in back to back. Apart from the crazy fact that they scored much lower this year, the real question should be - Why wasn't the 280, 290 from the previous years enough to grant them admission?

@the_Lawrenz This is bcos they chose courses which ar competitive&they chose fed unis like Unilag, ABU,Ilorin,OAU ,UI,Uniben,UNN and BUK 4 medicine&surgery and state uni like Lasu then others chose computer sci Unilag&Lasu ,which are hot cakes. Most 300+ already chose these courses and schs

@CodedUpdate @3phraim_ @the_Lawrenz That’s why the competition for medicine is tough. You scored 300+, but so do others who want the same admission, yet the slot is limited. So your post utme and o level has to be solid to have an edge. That’s why getting medicine seem hard because it is.

Majority of my class mates had well over 300 in jamb(2017), a class of about 130. So, yh, 300 is high, but a lot of medical students had it.
