okay i’m gonna lowk revert this account to be semi recovery, ive definitely been healing and it’s an amazing feeling. i’ll probably still slip up but ill be focusing on harm reduction, not showing my cals, and showing high protein meals! unfollow if u want but yea 👍

@beerfordinner I don’t think they fill u up more personally but it’s easier to hit ur macros and they’re usually lower cal than normal products of said protein product
