@Akzo_detomaso What would the use cases be? How would it differ from using xScope in conjunction with Affinity now?

@TimothyMarcHop The help menu should be right there in the apps finder menu. Make sure the app is in the foreground.

@xscopeapp I have 3.x, doesn't run any more, purchased via iTunes 2012-01-25. How do I upgrade to 4.x?

@iamnotelvis Unfortunately, no, we don’t sell xScope’s tools as individual apps. Our belief is that the sum of the parts is greater than the whole.

@xscopeapp I used to use Pixie back when it was a small included app in Xcode; it hasn’t been updated in years. I was looking for a new one and found you; your loupe is awesome! I don’t need any of the rest and (for me) it’s distracting complexity. Do you have a solo loupe?

@dasdom You can use the license on two Macs that you own and use.

@yaykyle It was…but was limited to macOS High Sierra. We released an update to xScope version 4 (v4.3.1) that addresses that issue and others. Please “Check for Updates” or update from the Mac App Store. Thanks.

UPDATE: Flare v2.2.6 is now available in the Mac App Store. This update includes: • Fixes for various UI-related issues in macOS High Sierra. and • Increases the speed of photo rendering in macOS Sierra (v10.12.6) and High Sierra (10.13.2 or later).

@Aspire2Anim8 Probably not, they float above the top layer of the screen, similar to why you don’t normally capture the cursor in a screen grab.

@DXZDB You can’t add custom content areas yourself unfortunately. This may come in a future update but more likely we just need to update the default screen templates for more recent devices cc @chockenberry
