In Netflix in No Rule Rules, they also talk about how each person has virtual 'chips' (budget) that they can make bets on decisions/projects with. Their performance isn't judged on a single outcome but from the aggregate and requires 'zooming out' from individual results.

We often hyper focus on individual results and outcomes instead of looking at our decision making over a longer period regardless of the outcomes.

Slowly making progress through my book backlog 📚 "Thinking in Bets" by Annie Duke covers how often we wrongly link results with the quality of decisions made to get there and the need to separate decision making quality from outcomes.

@yaustar @gather_town oh ya for more context, after 1-2 days after updating to tahoe, i got an gather v2 update from u guys and i kinda hope that the heat problems solved. but, until this date, i still have that kind of issue. my version is 0.23.1 (0.23.1)

since @gather_town released their v2 and my mac is now on tahoe, their desktop app is causing my laptop to overheat. please optimize the app🙏
