Finally got it to work... connected to THE GRID!
Running a ZODE now... joined a mesh. Feels good. @zero__tech (Wanted to throw my laptop across the room a few times though trying to get though the process - which seems really simple actually now that it's done, lol... of course.)
Ai helpers are so.. um.. helpful - step by step walkthru with chatgpt. Should've probably got the ai agent to just do it for me, but I figured it's a good thing to learn for myself.

Zodes... 👀 The gist of the thread, bits that I like: Basically, if compute is power, we build our own grid. ZODEs are individual machines; together they form THE GRID. Every ZODE adds compute to THE GRID’s decentralized cloud. AGI isn’t theoretical anymore and power is shifting to whoever controls compute and identity. Will infrastructure belong to corporations… or to us? THE GRID is building infrastructure for the AI era. Key points stated: • Agency - Your keys generated on-device without backdoors. • Privacy - Client-side encryption + zero-knowledge verification so that nothing is exposed. • Decentralization - Peer to Peer. No servers or custodians or gatekeepers. • Post-Quantum - Hybrid cryptography designed for what’s coming next. • Open Source — MIT-licensed Rust stack. ZODE is the first native implementation. Now I have to figure out how to get one set up at some point this week, lol😅

First version of Services just shipped on THE GRID (in alpha testing version). Gamers are the biggest network of GPU compute in the world where that is just sitting there doing nothing.

Hey @WilderWorld fans.. Watch me learn how to setup a Zode in real time and get on The Grid! In this video I show you how I use A.I. (ClaudeCode) to figure out how to setup a Zode and get it running. What this video is not... This is not a super quick, polished video. That will come later as this technology and process gets refined. My goal with this video is to show you how a Non-Technical person can use AI to figure out how to complete a very complex technical task. Think of it as a beginner crash course for learning how to get started with using AI for creating and bringing to life ANY idea you have for software development, apps, websites, etc... I literally saw the post that @real_n3o made about the launching of Zodes 7 minutes after it was created and just started screen capture and talked through the whole process live as I implemented it. It's not perfect, but I wanted to show my process and workflow for bringing to life ideas and concepts I don't understand... The amazing time we are in with A.I. is that you don't need to understand them... you just need to want to start and learn! Looking forward to feedback! Please ask questions and let me know what you think. I'm excited to share and teach more with Agentic Coding in the very near future. This video was my first step to getting this rolling. Enjoy! We hit a record number of transactions for Z Chain yesterday. This number will explode once the Open World becomes public.
People do not understand that everything is converging towards virtual worlds (aka the Simulation). Gaming is a mainstream activity. AI and Crypto are fast approaching. The three, along with AR/VR are on a collision course to create a new modality of the Internet.
I have always said this, but these virtual worlds will eventually do orders of magnitudes more transactions than IRL use-cases. With AI and particular agent networks, the majority of economic activity will happen inside the Simulation. We are well positioned to lead here, not just in crypto but in the world.
Not because we are lucky, but because we saw this ten years ago and haven't stopped building towards it since, despite public opinion, challenges, or metas.
