Exactly one year ago today I was 222.2 lbs. I erased my grocery list and bought healthy alternatives. Since then I've walked over 1000 miles, dieted, quit smoking, and I'm currently at 168. I'm not to my 12% body fat goal yet, but it's been a really brutal satisfying experience.
