The way Ambedkar Jayanti is becoming a bigger event with each passing year, I think, in the coming years, it'll become the biggest festival in India, much like Chinese New Year for China or Thanksgiving for the US. It could turn into a seven-day festival, with schools and offices organizing events to commemorate it each day. Indian migrant workers might start returning from abroad to celebrate it. We might even begin inviting foreign heads of state to attend, much like on Republic Day. The state currency could feature Ambedkar, and every year there could be a new tallest statue of Ambedkar, each one taller than the last.

I have black coffee only and I love it. Some points: 1. You could start by adding hot water to decoction - just be sure to add lot of hot water and then start lowering the proportion of water in the mix to arrive at an optimal ratio 2. Black coffee is best when prepared with 100% pure coffee without chicory 3. If you use pure coffee, next logical step is to use beans and prepare using freshly ground coffee instead of buying ground coffee from shop - ground coffee loses freshness and flavour much faster than beans 4. Once you get into the world of list roast specialty coffee, there is no going back. When I first tried some of the light roasts, I was mind blown to discover that coffee by itself could taste fruity and sweetish Good luck.

@VatsMusings Even I used to think like this but after 4 days I stopped drinking black coffee. some how I craved for it with 2 days of quitting, and now it’s been 6 years, I’m in a happy relationship with black coffee. ❤️ The smell of coffee itself gives me instant energy.
