The funny thing is this big crash is going to happen and I’m going to gain a large following and then I will not predict a big crash again for the next 20 years. That notion that crash predictors become broken clocks…I think that comes from a need for validation I don’t share.

bold prediction does not mean coolness
predicting a price that is quite far from the current price may seem like a smart suggestion of opinion that is far from the current price, consensus, sometimes contrary to the public, but in reality, that is not the case
for example, while someone made a bold and smart prediction that the btc bottom is 6k, if the actual bottom is formed at 40k, it goes beyond regret and leads to a significant collapse of trust
it's a worse case than a failure to predict peaks
the bottom prediction should be very conservative and gradual

This is a good example of how I think “top down” or “big picture” about the market. You want to keep in mind that the market is a complex adaptive system. A lot of people measure one molecule and think it’s temperature.
