No entanto, se houver recusa do suposto pai em realizá-lo, aplica-se a presunção relativa de paternidade (Súmula 301 STJ). Embora não seja obrigado a fornecer material genético, a recusa, somada a outros indícios, geralmente resulta na declaração de paternidade. O ônus da prova é, em regra, do autor, mas a recusa inverte essa lógica ao presumir o fato. Nesses casos, a parte ré tem o ônus de desconstituir a prova pericial ou os indícios de paternidade apresentados (CPC, art. 373, II). IGN compares Crimson Desert’s launch to Cyberpunk 2077’s which is laughably no where near as catastrophic. The game runs smooth on a Ps5 Pro at a stable 60FPS but they’ll have you believe this is somehow as bad as Cyberpunk’s launch. Dude the games journalists REALLY want this game to fail. They’re already trying to rewrite history here & they’re hoping you’re dumb enough to fall for it. Can’t spell ignorant without IGN!
