I played my first competitive series of the year (in July💀) just now and I can now confidently say Red Card HP and Hacienda Control are the worst maps in CoD history

I'm in a dumb argument, does Ranked in CoD have a hidden MMR based on your KD? Example: If you start Silver and have a 3.0 KD overall on your account, then you will play similar players with a 3.0, not the Silver rank..
