@_dte How do you quantify the end-user / product-team benefit of the DS so as to quell existential questions of the team? More mechanically, have you any in-house tooling or process guard-rails that make it easier for eng/des to stay on the happy path? Any onboarding/learning tips?

@_dte What does "success" look like for the DS and/or the DS team(s)? How do you measure this? (Overall adoption vs. adoption in new product?) Corollary to that, how do you measure the value of revisiting old parts of the product to bring them into the shiny new world?
