The reason there have not been more catastrophic injuries in Israel, is because the country invests in bomb shelters and defensive tech. The reason there are such civilian casualties in Lebanon is that, despite all the precautions Israel takes, Hezbollah uses Lebanese people as human shields and embeds itself in civilian areas - an actual violation of international law. If you are unable to distinguish this, you are either displaying a lack of moral clarity and / or only enabling further violence.
