كان عندي 100 موظف علاقتنا كانت مبنية على التقدير والاحترام، التوقيع كان ورقي ولكن في يوم من الايام حسيت بالازعاج من متابعة أمورهم في الاجازات والتطوير والمتابعة فقررت إني أجيب مختص HR المختص اقترح نركب جهاز بصمة لضبط أداء الحضور والانصراف وعشان نعرف اللعابين! بعد تركيب الجهاز صار التركيز على مين اللي حضر 08:00 ومين طلع 04:00 والمنافسة بين الموظفين صارت قوية لكن على توقيت الحضور والانصراف! مختص الـ HR كان مبسوط من التقارير ولكن فيه مشكلة ثانية!! مدير الشؤون المالية جاب تقرير يوضح أن تكلفة التشغيل ارتفعت والانتاج انخفض وش السالفة؟ ليش صار كذا ؟ مختص ال HR حدد كم واحد من المستهترين اللي يحضرون كل يوم متأخرين 5 دقايق وكان عددهم 22 شخص تم توجيه انذارات الحسم ولكن طلعت لنا مشكلة ثانية! ال 22 بعضهم كان ماسك مشاريع قوية والمصيبة الأعظم أن فيه 6 منهم قدموا استقالاتهم!! كانت مشاريعنا ماشية مثل الصاروخ الآن تعطلت وبدا العملاء يشتكون وسمعت الشركة بدت تدهور مختص ال HR و مدير المشاريع تهاوشوا كل واحد يقول أنت السبب والموظفين شافوا الهواش الاجتماعات صارت مشحونة وماااات الشغف والابداع اللي كنت اشوفه الفوضى صارت في كل مكان وتقرير المبيعات الصادم يقول انخفضت المبيعات 18٪ إلى الآن ما ندري وش سبب المشاكل هذي كلها وش تتوقعون السبب؟
