Well... it's somewhat true Sabah & Sarawak don't have oil & gas because those already claimed ownership by sometwo, and surprisingly USA is not one of the two.

Here’s my take: 1)The federal government is actively working to get the court ruling overturned. 2) The April deadline will almost certainly be extended. 3) The federal government will push hard for the Sabah state government to accept a minimal settlement for the backdated / lost years. In my opinion, the Sabah government should firmly reject any deal the federal government offers at this stage. Accepting a poor or inadequate agreement now would burden Sabah for generations to come. It’s far better to hold out and fight for a fairer outcome than to settle for something substandard just to keep Putrajaya happy. With GE16 approaching, there’s even less reason to rush into a weak compromise.

So for Malaysia GLC's domestic shipment policy, item delivery from Johor Bharu to Kangar (823km) no extra fuel surcharge but deliver item from Lawas to Sepiting (52km) will get 15% surcharge? Where's those people who like to shout "keAdiLan utUk seMuA raKyat" gone again? 🤷‍♂️
