@KarenWhitworth I hope so! I’ve been chasing this for so long so if it even helps one person it was worth the time to upload I kinda think mine might be missing a fastener? The driver side vent (one I’m doing next) doesn’t move at all

PSA for Model 3/Y owners: if you hear a weird rattle from either side but it doesn’t seem to be the door, check this out. This is a vent below the seat. I added a piece of felt below it after this video and it helped a lot! (I still have some rattle in the B pillar, but…)

It's official: Tesla, in partnership with the NHTSA, has issued a recall on 46,096 Cybertrucks for loose cantrail trim on the truck's exterior. The Cantrail is the thin stainless steel trim piece that runs above both front and rear doors. According to the recall, about 1% of Cybertrucks have adhesive that can fail, causing it to detach. This includes new units pending delivery, and both 2024 and 2025 year models produced prior to 3/21/2025. All owners will receive a mailer notifying them of the problem, and Tesla Service will fix it for free. In other news, over 46,000 Cybertrucks have been produced to date!

Lars on Cybertruck: The vehicle almost floats; and if you’re creative you could figure out how to put an outboard motor plugged in to your outlet there turn it on from your screen and go boating.

@cybrtrkguy I just got home from a 15 mile drive. My car phantom braked 3 separate times. HARD. Scares the hell out of me and it has zero regard for any traffic behind you, no matter how close they are following.

Tesla doesn’t get enough credit for solving Phantom Braking. It literally stopped happening one day and nobody noticed. 😂

Another smoking violation. The guest pleaded that she did NOT smoke in the Tesla…which is probably true. But I’m sure she let some guy drive it around and allowed him to smoke inside. Nevertheless, the smoking violation was validated.
