The Constitution lost its breath the day the SC justified the removal of Article 370 in the name of national interest.
A court meant to uphold justice chose instead to upload expedience.

@malika_rushda A simple example to better relate it:
In a big family, only a few people actually work hard to bring in money and growth. The rest just stay busy with small chores that don't add real value. If the few earners stop, the whole house struggles. Everyone needs to start pitching in.

Why does Pakistan need so many loans and financial assistance? It is militarily strong, but why is it economically weak?
Middle East Monitor@MiddleEastMnt
Saudi Arabia and Qatar will provide Pakistan $5 billion in financial assistance, enabling Islamabad to avert stress on the country’s weak foreign reserves while making external payments by June. The development comes as Islamabad is set to repay a $3.5 billion debt to the UAE by the end of the month. Riyadh has assured Islamabad of its financial support amid mounting external pressures and rising costs linked to the ongoing tensions in the Middle East. Read: middleeastmonitor.com/20260411-saudi…

@thenawakadal @masoodi_hasnain Consider asking your close family members—especially women—whether they feel comfortable moving freely around the city without male accompaniment. Their response will likely reflect a growing sense of insecurity, often linked to recent concerns around alcoholism and drug abuse.
English

@thenawakadal Mr @masoodi_hasnain should run a basic test:
Is Kashmir tourism because of liquor or something else?
If answer is something else, legislation should be around that very important thing to protect and preserve it.

@MrSadanand Exactly the way it should have been put forth!
I admire your honesty and integrity in this issue.
I feel they are typical in creating hostility against fellow citizens and in the meantime earning millions in this nexus.

My personal OPINION:
Is a certain ideological section within the Brahmin community, esp. Kashmiri Brahmin community, influencing narratives that deepen Hindu - Muslim division in India through media?
Who are the creators and promoters of films like The Kashmir Files and Dhurandhar?
Many of the visible voices associated with such narratives appear to come from the Brahmin/Kashmiri Brahmin community.
From Vivek Agnihotri to Aditya Dhar, and from Anupam Kher to Aditya Raj Kaul, to many influential RW youtubers and several individuals who are vocal in media spaces appear to be from this background - per publicly available information.
I acknowledge and regret what happened to Kashmiri Pandits in the past. That history is real.
In my view , Traditional Manuwadi sections generally engage not through direct conflict and violence, but through shaping narratives.
There appears to be visible ideological alignment with BJP and Modi, even if there is occasional criticism on issues like reservations.
In my view.. narratives around Hindu - Muslim tensions often become a central tool in this ecosystem. This can range from social media forwards to mainstream films.
These narratives are usually framed within larger contexts like India - Pakistan issues and terrorism but it is likely that they influence perceptions about Indian Muslims, because audience can be emotionally driven.
To be clear, this is my personal interpretation based on observations of media trends, and not a statement about every individual or the entire community.
I do not believe all Kashmiri Brahmins think or act the same way... For ex, Jawaharlal Nehru, who I am a big fan of, had a very different worldview shaped by global exposure and progressive ideas.
My concern is that if such narratives continue unchecked, they may contribute to long - term hostility between two of the largest religious communities in India.

@GreaterKashmir I urge the judiciary to reevaluate the foundational principle of justice that laws enacted today should not be retroactively applied to actions taken prior to their enactment. As the adage warns, “a spark neglected may consume the entire house.”
