Here's where I disagree with Ken, Mr Rubenstein just recently said "We are Open for Business" so Money isn't a issue anymore in Baltimore in terms of signing players! Gunnar when asked has said/hinted he'd like to stay.. but We all know the game! This Pratt kid or whatever.. sure he signing early and Borus guy a rarity but he's also not Gunnar or Witt Jr. We know Gunnar is going to get 300mil or 400mil potentially especially if he rips off a MVP or top 5 MVP season again. Mr Rubenstein can do that financially but Borus Big ticket guys/HOF Types rarely sign early
