guyz how do i stop myself from eating, ever since i woke up my stomach feels so empty and im so hungry

@camberryss maybe u can find organic bread or sugarfree cookies 😭 but same, ive been trying to stay away from sweets and stuff so bad

@41vilo Yes lots of hair <//3 when i first gained my ed i lost 80lbs in a little under 5 months and i used to have thick curly hair and it got so thin😔😔

guys if i fast once a week and omad everyday 800cals max , could i lose 30lbs next month . .
