@meetmikehiggins Are there certain things you do yourself instead of hiring out such as tiling, cabinets, paint? Or do you hire out almost everything to get more projects going at once? I currently do most of the work, but only doing 1 flip at a time. Want to expand in the coming years

I didn’t start this way.
Deal 1: Made $3,500 and a ton of mistakes.
Deal 5: Made $15k but almost quit halfway through.
