Hey guys, I was admitted to hospital at the beginning of the year & was forced to gain imo way too much weight. I'm back & might post my meals again? I probably won't for a while bc the current plan is to stay under 100c & exercise a lot for 2 weeks while my family is gone.

i'm back, in forced recovery but i'm going to work around it somehow. i don't have much energy to make my food look nice but i'll try. i'm hoping to reach ugw by april/may :p

i know i just upped my intake buuuut i rlly wanna do a one hot chocolate per day liquid fast until xmas, so i'll probably do that bc it's only for a week ⛄️

@so5iloquy usually i make mine with water, but when i do make hot choc with milk i use almond milk :]

@56cals silly question but what do you make yours with? like, dairy milk, or plant-based milk, or water (i’ve heard people do that?)..? i have a low cal hot choc and i thought it tasted off, but then i tried a regular one, and it also did with my milk 😭 despite it being neutral tasting
