मंदिर हो या मस्जिद, तेज आवाज में नहीं गरजेंगे लाउडस्पीकर! CM सुवेंदु ने पुलिस को दिया एक्शन का आदेश पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार ने धार्मिक स्थलों पर बजने वाले लाउडस्पीकरों को लेकर बड़ा निर्देश जारी किया है. मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रशासनिक बैठक में पुलिस अधिकारियों को साफ कहा है कि किसी भी धार्मिक स्थल पर माइक की आवाज निर्धारित ध्वनि सीमा से बाहर नहीं जानी चाहिए. हालांकि, इसे लागू करने के लिए सख्ती या जबरदस्ती नहीं, बल्कि बातचीत और समझाइश का रास्ता अपनाने को कहा गया है. मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों से कहा कि धार्मिक स्वतंत्रता का सम्मान जरूरी है, लेकिन साथ ही आम लोगों की सुविधा और शांति भी उतनी ही अहम है. इसलिए यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि लाउडस्पीकर की आवाज संबंधित धार्मिक परिसर के बाहर अत्यधिक स्तर तक न पहुंचे. बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री ने स्पष्ट किया कि दुर्गापूजा, ईद या अन्य समुदायों के बड़े त्योहारों के दौरान विशेष परिस्थितियां होती हैं. ऐसे आयोजनों को अलग नजरिए से देखा जाएगा. लेकिन रोजाना तेज आवाज में माइक बजने से आसपास रहने वाले लोगों को परेशानी होती है. उन्होंने कहा कि लगातार ऊंची आवाज में धार्मिक प्रसारण होने से छात्रों, बुजुर्गों और कामकाजी लोगों को दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ता है. इसलिए स्थानीय प्रशासन और पुलिस को संवेदनशील तरीके से इस मुद्दे को संभालना होगा. . . मुख्यमंत्री ने पुलिस प्रशासन को निर्देश दिया कि यदि किसी धार्मिक स्थल से तय सीमा से ज्यादा ध्वनि आ रही हो, तो संबंधित संस्था या लोगों से संवाद स्थापित किया जाए. पुलिस को कहा गया है कि किसी भी हाल में बल प्रयोग, तनाव या टकराव जैसी स्थिति पैदा न होने दी जाए. सरकार का फोकस समझाकर समाधान के मॉडल पर रहेगा. अधिकारियों को यह भी कहा गया है कि ध्वनि प्रदूषण से जुड़े नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित कराया जाए, लेकिन धार्मिक भावनाओं का भी पूरा ध्यान रखा जाए. राज्य सरकार का यह निर्देश ऐसे समय आया है, जब कई शहरों और कस्बों में ध्वनि प्रदूषण को लेकर शिकायतें लगातार बढ़ रही हैं. खासकर सुबह और देर रात तेज आवाज में बजने वाले लाउडस्पीकरों को लेकर स्थानीय लोगों की नाराजगी सामने आती रही है. सरकार का मानना है कि बातचीत और सामुदायिक सहयोग के जरिए इस संवेदनशील मुद्दे का समाधान निकाला जा सकता है, ताकि धार्मिक गतिविधियां भी जारी रहें और आम लोगों को भी राहत मिल सके. #Loudspeaker #SuvenduAdhikari #BJP
