In talking with Nanati Alailefaleula, our new thrower from Cerritos JC, I asked, "Are you going to be sad when your family leaves?" She said, "Yes....but I know why I'm here, and that's to make them proud and do Gods will" We are so glad that Nanati is part of our track team!

Closing the books on the 2019 track season. Zak Zleppe being an All American hurdler was a great accomplishment. I would say the men's 4 x 4 relay were a pretty darn close 2nd. Here are the final fastest times, in order.

@JUSTCHILLY For the player to achieve maximum reward, there must be a joint agreement between the football & track coach as well as athlete. Completion of the triangle = Success For Athlete.

If you are a DB/WR/RB you might seriously want to think about running track. Heck, football players in general. Just a thought.

Latoyia Brooks with mom, signing to run for The Firestorm. Latoyia is going to help our women's team so much. She comes to us as a nationally ranked hurdler and Sprinter from Central Arizona College. She is a happy young lady that wants to help the girls team get better.

🔥COMMIT🔥 Join us in officially welcoming Bernie (BJ) Garza to the Firestorm family! @BJGarza_10 is a 2x Washington State qualifier and a WIAA state champion. He is also a 2x Academic state champion. He will graduate high school with his AA degree and plans to study education.

Bigger than big news on the men's side. All-American 400m runner, Torrey White out of Sac City College, signed to run with the Firestorm! His coaches words: "...he is a team player and loves to run the 400 meters". Things are getting exciting around here! Best time of 47.58!!!

Huge news for ACU women's track. Nanati Alailefeula out of Cerritos JC signs to throw for the Firestorm! Nanati throws all 4 disciplines & comes to us as an All-American! She is even a better person, with a tremendous heart 😊
