It’s like saying the only cars speeding on the interstate are the ones that get tickets. 300 cars pass the trooper in 5 minutes. He pulls one car over and gives a ticket. I know it is greater than zero. It could be much higher than considered by either party. How about we treat it like seat belts?

I lock my doors because I have relatives that think they have the privilege to walk right in my house without knocking. I proved my citizenship in 1981 when I registered and have shown ID every time I have voted.

They wear seatbelts even with a perfect driving record. You don’t want proof of citizenship because you believe no one would vote illegally.
