@ridwan_803 Rubbish. He needs support and stability behind him. It has not been there since Amanda left.

#NUFC Backing Eddie Howe? 😂 That tells you everything PIF clearly lacks real football experience. It also exposes how weak and incompetent David Hopkinson and Wilson are. For me, the project at Newcastle United, as long as Howe is leading, is heading straight down the drain

@toonarmy_com Aye, but at the time did you think that Elanga and Wissa were bad buys. Its easy in retrospect.

£252m spent, so it’s not like Eddie hasn’t been back financially… not sure which of these we would buy again! 🤯

@NUFC7890 @jamiereuben Unfortunately, and i have been a regular watcher of Geordie Journos, Dom Scurr has his agenda set by Liam Kennedy who is using the Howe controversy for clicks! Howe certainly deserves another year with some effective support from above.

Dom scurr told Howe we could be the next spurs next season and Howe went “yeh there’s a lot to do” We need this manager far away from the club as possible. Sleepwalking to relegation @jamiereuben

Eddie Howe is the right man for #NUFC Over achieved in every season since he had been here. Anything lower than 10th this season will be a bad return But acceptable after the shambles of the summer + Palace and Forest selling us look-a-likes instead of Wissa/ Elanga

There is a common misconception that the “happy clappers” who don’t want Howe out feel this way because we deem the performances and results are acceptable. WE DON’T. What we do feel is that he deserves some loyalty from us, and another summer to get things right #NUFC

@swinburne_mark You missed one important fact, his teams play boring negative and defensive football. Not fit for newcastle.

I’m going to say it, I hope Jose Mourinho is our head coach when the transfer window opens. He’s got experience, player pull, he’s a tactician, disciplinarian he can handle the pressure of Europe and the Premier League. He loves the toon. Show some ambition and Get it done #NUFC

Can you ever imagine Boris Johnson or Nigel Farage being subjected to the vicious media savaging that the PM has just been subjected to?

If this manager were available, the Howe Out folks would be dying to bring him in… - Spent 4 1/2 years at last club - Qualified for the CL twice - 1st time in 20 years - First ever knockout stages of CL for club - Two cup finals - First in 25 years - Ended 56-year trophy drought - 4th highest in league points since taking over - Club went numerous windows without improving the team - 49% win percentage - Finished 11th, 4th (highest in 20 years), 7th, and 5th - Took over club in relegation place and helped them become the first club in history to avoid relegation after not winning any of their first 14 games (previous manager’s run) - Finished 14th and was sacked But this is Eddie Howe’s time at Newcastle, so they desperately want him sacked. #NUFC

@clairebubblepop Of course you pay the taxes and contribute to the economy whereas historical records show immigrants cost us hundreds of thousands £s

Ok someone explain to me like I’m 5yr how an ex-pat is different from a migrant? You don’t learn the language, you don’t live by the culture, you don’t pay taxes… at least migrants want to contribute to our society. Get me?

I think most people are now tired of the witch-hunt of our PM over the Mandleson affair which by comparison with other current world events is of no great consequence. They want him out because of his ongoing success in turning the country around after years of Tory corruption.

@SkySports_Keith @SkySportsNews Fans letting legacy media and social media create all this toxic bull over and over. Pushing Tonali out along with Eddie Howe and start a manager merry go round for 3/4 seasons, great! That's what is coming. Might be better to start aiming digs at PIF who literally hold the keys.

🚨 🇮🇹 Sandro Tonali tells @SkySportsNews his newly born son & his #NUFC teammates helped him recover from Italy’s World Cup failure: 🗣️ “It was one of my worst moments in football. We were so sad, especially because it’s the third time in a row. It was so difficult. 🗣️ “I didn’t leave my house for 4 or 5 days, it was a tough moment in my life. I was different with my family and my friends. 🗣️ “When I came back to Newcastle I found my team and they were so good with me. I felt so sad every day and they helped and understood. 🗣️ “This is football. Sometimes you are the best people in the world, sometimes you’re the worst. Now we have to live the next four years, but we have to change things quickly and show a reaction to our fans quickly. 🗣️ “We missed the World Cup three times in a row, but I felt more sad than I did four years ago because I know my responsibility in the team. 🗣️ “For every kid in Italy from 16/17 years and under, they have never seen us at a World Cup. It’s the worst feeling for us as players. But we have to react, stick together, work hard and try again in four years. 🗣️ “Leonardo (baby son) was my light after Bosnia. I never left him for two days. He doesn’t speak but when I look at him I feel different. He’s so special and he changes my day in a second.” @SkySportsNews
