Officially down 30lbs since December 1st 2023. Peaked at 257lbs after my bulk, and I’m now routinely waking up at 227lbs. Gonna look freaky lean when we get to the summer weight goal of 210. Also don’t listen to the fake lore. I’m 6’2, not 4’6 like my community would make you believe.
