🚨 NEW DETAILS ABOUT THE SPROUT LAWSUIT! 🌱
More information has come out about the French court ruling involving Sprout’s design, and it explains why this situation is more complicated than it first looked.
The Court reportedly focused on Sprout’s body shape specifically, not the arms, plant, or sticky note face. The issue was the rounded capsule body, transparent top, white lower half, diagonal split, fan like detail, and leaf opening, which were found to be too similar to the “Andrea” air purifier design.
According to the ruling, Sprout originally had a different body shape, but later versions became closer to Andrea’s design, which may have affected the Court’s decision.
Supercell was ordered to stop using Default Sprout and Mutant Sprout in France, including in-game and in advertising/social media materials. They also have to provide financial reports for Sprout related revenue in France since April 2020, with more compensation possibly being decided later.
The Court also asked both sides to meet with a mediator to discuss a possible licensing agreement, likely because many players already own or have access to Sprout in-game.
The recent removal of old Sprout posts could simply be Supercell following the ruling while they work out the next steps.
Nothing has been officially announced by Brawl Stars yet, but a Sprout redesign now seems like the most likely outcome. 👀

Turns out the deleted posts may not have been about Bo x Charlie after all… ❌
People in the community have now found that multiple old Brawl Stars posts featuring Sprout’s default model have been removed, including Sprout’s release artwork. 🕵️
The Bo x Charlie posts we talked about earlier also happened to include Sprout, which now seems to be the common link.
There are a few possible explanations:
• Licensing/copyright issues
• Sprout getting a remodel
• Old posts not fitting future lore plans
Nothing is officially confirmed yet, but this pattern is definitely getting interesting. 👀

Brawl Stars has been deleting old lore related posts! 🚨 Over the past few days, players noticed that multiple old Brawl Stars posts are no longer available on the official accounts. 🧐 The deleted posts include: • The old Brawler height chart from the Biodome season • The Bo x Charlie wedding artwork • The 7th Brawliversary artwork, which also featured Bo and Charlie together There are two possible explanations for this: 1️⃣ The artwork/license rights expired, so Supercell had to remove the posts. 2️⃣ Supercell wants to move away from some old lore or promotional storylines that may no longer fit their plans. Personally, the second one feels more interesting. Maybe they’re being more careful with lore now and don’t want old posts to contradict future storylines.
