NEW COFFEE SHOP PLANNED FOR CEDAR AVE ☕️ A new building was approved by City Council across Cedar from Valley Buick in front of Hope Church. The former plan was for a bank or credit union but the new plan includes a coffee shop with a drive-thru. It will be a 7,420 foot building.

CHIPOTLE COMING TO PILOT KNOB NEAR TARGET 🥑🌮Along with the previously approved Texas Roadhouse Restaurant and a new 6,500 sq. ft. car wash, Chipotle has been approved for a 2,325 sq. ft. restaurant with 100 seats and a 250 sq. ft. patio in the in the former mine.

Cowboy Jack's in Apple Valley is NOW OPEN Today is the first day Cowboy Jack’s is open. They expect the patio and firepit to be open within days. They have daily specials and also their signature $2 happy hour domestic beers.

Moving into Apple Valley is Minnesota Women’s Care (artists rendering shown). They are an OBGYN and specialty care center and offer a wide range of services including urogynecology, gynecologic surgery, prenatal/pregnancy care, injectables and more. mnwcare.com

COWBOY JACK'S CONSTRUCTION UPDATE 🚧 Note the new patio pagoda, gas firepit, patio fencing, seating for Pong and Pac-Man, couches and lounge chairs throughout, and more. They do not have a firm opening date, other than when construction ends in a few weeks.

New Restaurant Coming in Former PR Bar 🍴🍹 "The Misfits Collective" will replace what was most recently PR Bar at the corner of 150th & Galaxie Ave in Apple Valley. The Eye’s Wide Open Group, has a collection of restaurants in Eagan, Chanhassen, Savage and Farmington.

NEW APPLE VALLEY CITY COUNCILMAN APPOINTED LAST NIGHT > Thomas O. Melander (pictured) was selected in the first round of voting as the new Apple Valley City Councilman over 11 other candidates.
