During the week of August 13th through 19th ATWE is running our first “Bus or Bust” campaign. Good public transit is vital to a strong city, and we are challenging Windsorites to take one transit ride to a spot in the city where they may not normally travel.

As our kids go #BackToSchool, never forget that we ARE the traffic that we’re using as an excuse. If they walked, biked or rode transit to school, it would erase a massive number of car trips each day, and our kids would be safer, healthier and better at school. Spread the word.

We’re making it more convenient and more affordable to use public transit. The Metrolinx PRESTO Test Lab is currently testing technology that will eliminate double fares. That means riders will pay one fare to take transit across the GTA which equals more money in your pocket.
