Within hermit mode, there are STS and STO-like ways to do it. STS way is if you do it out of misanthropy, refuse to help people that depended on you (like abandoning a family), and live the rest of your days tormented by your inner demons. I understand some people become hermits so that they don’t harm anyone else if they can’t control those demons otherwise, and that’s noble in a bittersweet way. The main STO way to be hermit is if you use the respite for spiritual maturation, contemplation, and meditation. Which was the traditional idea (during medieval times) of hermitage. Sometimes you need to retreat to alchemically incubate. Because even if you’re alone, what you do to quicken & elevate yourself spiritually has a ripple effect upon reality & others via that deep universal connection between all life. There are monks/meditators in the East who intentionally help the world this way without any physical interaction.

I have gone to great lengths to explain why I'm NOT an atheist. It somehow never lands. God is very important--literal, metaphorical, or something else--and has an obvious and pronounced effect in the material world. Greg replied then blocked me. If you look at videos people provided to try to substantiate their stories of anomalous drones over NJ in 2024, they are normal air traffic, and witnesses confused by it. It was a mass hysteria, and Greg is pushing this delusion in @RollingStone

I apologize for my recent bouts of skepticism and distrust in any and all government figures and official narratives… I think it stems from that whole “they literally tried to inject the entire population with poison after attempting to smother and censor and lock us all in our homes like caged rats and then swept it all under the rug as if it never even happened” thing. I’ll try to do better though. 🤝
