MISINFORMATION ALERT about j-hope🚨‼️It was deleted but I would like to help shed some light if you saw that false and victimizing post. 1.) He didn’t wear that mask to cover his face because he doesn’t look good. How does that make sense that an idol will debut if they don’t pass the criteria of being good-looking? He has been handsome eversince, and the mask is part of their concept, No More Dreams, as directed by Bang PD. In an article on the IZE website, he clearly said there “There's a lot of negative things about wearing a mask. First of all, it's really hard to breathe and it gives me bad skin. I have to put it on straight after singing but depending on the type, there are some masks that don't pull up that well and it's hard. But lots of people recognize me because of it so I'm happy.” He also released a collab song with Jo Kwon ( Animal) in 2012, pre-debut, and did not wear a mask there. He is the face of Big Hit Audition in 2011 to recruit new trainees. That mask was never because he wants to hide his face. 2.) He received letters even BEFORE debut, Jimin just kindly distributed those letters to everyone it it’s not the first time j-hope received a letter. Yes, he once checked their new vlog for emails and he didn’t receive one addressed to him DURING that moment but so are the other members except Jimin and SUGA and V who is a surprise member. It doesn’t mean he was hated or not loved. Beyond The Story book clearly states “Jimin recalls,- We got fan letters and presents. Every one of us. But V was the only one who didn't get anything. He left for a short time because there is no certainty of debut yet and he has been training since 2010, being the first Big Hit trainee, but he has big dreams especially to help his family. He had a career path to think about. Yes, Jungkook cried BUT he still left to go home in Gwangju. In the Beyond the Star docu on Disney, he said he considered going to a different company and debut but he came back to Big Hit not because of the company but because of his brothers. He is not perfect and he also has struggles just like his brothers but do not portray him with low emotional quotient, or say he is the most hated when there is no concrete evidence about that.
