@AdrianColbert27 Very true None of us can do this Life thing on our own in a way that will allow us to be our full, true selves. We all need help, and kids are most certainly top of the list. I maintain, we're all in this thing together, and it's about time more of us start acting like it.

One of the hardest things to witness is children being forced to figure out life on their own. Too often, the examples in their lives don’t offer the intentional time, presence, or guidance they deserve—time that could help them grow, challenge themselves, and build confidence. Instead, social validation takes the front seat, while the true development of the child—and the elevation of our culture—gets left behind.

We tell kids to look at people who “made it”—but we rarely show them how. For a child, that journey is hard to imagine. The struggle, the steps, the sacrifice—it’s too far removed. They don’t just need success stories. They need roadmaps. #OnTheLinks #Mentorship #YouthDevelopment
