if you assume the best case scenario and get disappointed, suddenly you decide to assume the worst next time so you won’t feel it again. but when you assume the worst and things actually go well… you don’t switch to expecting the best. why? it’s not because you’re being logical or “smart.” it’s because that’s what you’re used to. you’ve trained your mind to prepare for disappointment, not success. so start overthinking in your favor. expect things to work out. assume the best. let your mind go there because it’s not “just how your mind works.” it’s how you’ve trained it to work and you can retrain it anytime.

people don’t actually struggle with manifesting their ex back, they struggle with the emotional attachment and the story tied to that specific person. an ex already comes with history, meaning, memories, and often rejection, so people keep replaying what happened instead of deciding something new. they overanalyze every action, react more, and place the ex on a pedestal, which makes it feel harder than it is. it’s not the person that’s difficult, it’s the weight and narrative people keep attaching to them.

i’ve realized no one is even scratching the surface of manifestation. it doesn’t matter how “big” your desires feel compared to your current reality, you’re still playing small. no matter what framework you use, there’s so much more available than what we are even attempting. we’re not limited by the law. we’re limited by what we’re willing to imagine.

in manifestation, there’s no “if i do this it might work” and “if i do that it might not.” that whole mindset already places power outside of you. you make the rules. literally. whatever you decide works… works. whatever you say goes… goes. i don’t think people fully grasp that sometimes. we say “master manifestor” but then still move like something else is deciding the outcome and it’s fine if you forget. it happens but the moment you catch yourself wavering, overthinking, questioning, just stop and return to the knowing: whatever i say goes. however you decide to do this works because you said it does. this is your reality. act like it.

even if you forget that you are master manifestor, it won’t change the fact that you’re a master manifestor.

the affirmations in the subliminals do not miss, even by accident 🤣 this is why i always say you don’t have to believe or even actively listen for a subliminal to work.
