@granduro You can't buy Russian. What you buy from Turkey will lack protein. Italy loves Canadian durum- Mainly for the protein. Looking forward to being a large supplier. Lots of sales already on the books from Canada.

@sabanbuttanri Sono state fatte 1,5 milioni di tonnellate di dichiarazione e finora sono state inviate in Italia solo 100mila tonnellate di carico, almeno 500mila tonnellate andranno in Italia, secondo una mia minima stima.

Most of our durum wheat is loaded at the southern med. ( mersin/iskenderun) with good draft to load panamax vessels, but our sellers will use returning vessels from Russia with 3 to 10k type vessels. Anyhow, Turkey will not continue selling durum to Italy indefinetly but a relatively large amount has already been sold.
