Our Friday Wellbeing group 'Stepping Stones' enjoyed a chat about all things wellbeing, a cuppa and a quiz last Friday! We meet every Friday 11am-1pm at St John's Church, Community Room, Hebburn. Open to men and women over 50 years of age.
