As I was stepping out, I got some pharmaceutical socks for my man because he’s been working hard lately and barely has time to get things for himself. So I decided to surprise him 🤭🤭 Now tell me why, immediately after leaving the pharmacy, I saw these white snowballs sitting pretty in one corner. I thought, “Perfect, this will slap with cheese soup at home.” But as I moved closer… nobody. No seller. I stood there for a few minutes, then one man suddenly appeared almost unclad. At that point, I lost interest instantly. Because why did my brain start imagining that he ran straight from an abattoir to come and sell snowballs to me? I didn’t even see anything o… but what if?? 😭 Just like that, my hunger for snowball and cheese soup “that mad combo” vanished. I didn’t walk too far before I saw a woman selling coagulated millet. I said okay, let me get small, it’s been a while. While she was attending to me, I noticed some guys nearby having the absolute time of their lives with processed groot and dried ugu. I almost joined them, no lie. The freedom, the vibes… tempting. But you know how those ones are. One of them might have just returned from Doctor Strange activities, and I’m not trying to hear stories that touch. Plus, I have a man to surprise — priorities. So I quickly flagged down a Ghost Rider to my man’s place. I was already imagining his reaction when he sees the pharmaceutical socks I bought 🥹 Of course, I didn’t call him “it’s a surprise”. Long story short… I got there and realized this man had already logged into his school portal. Imagine going through all that stress, all that emotional journey, only to come home to your man… busy processing school portal?? Sha… men are not good people 🚶🏽‍♀️
