@aperson31006 @ardizor no it’s literally not, a stock can run up 10k% and still be undervalued or fairly valued. its about the earnings it generates or is expected to in the future. difference btw bubbles of past vs current market is that big tech is making record highs profits

$NOW ServiceNow and other software companies are trying to find a low here. It made a higher-HIGH for the first time. This signals a potential trend shift (from downtrend to uptrend). There's also strong volume which is a good sign. This is now the RETEST. This phase tests people's conviction. The next few weeks will be critical for $NOW and other software to defend its low support. If they do, a new uptrend begins.

I'm sharing my adjusted valuation model for $AIB The $60M offering is filed but not yet closed/priced — post numbers are pro forma. Pre-Dilution (reference): Blended + Premium ≈ $17.89 (very close to original ~17.41 intent once proper blend + tiny pre-cash is applied). Impact: Dilution increases share count ~44%, but the large war chest more than offsets on a per-share basis while adding meaningful dry powder for LOI conversion, new builds, and de-risking. This is key for valuing the stock. $AIB
