found out my son wasn’t mine when he was 8. I still gave him all my love.
On his 18th birthday, he inherited a large sum from his biological dad. He took it and left.
No news. No replies to my calls. I thought I’d lost him for good.
25 days later, I got a frantic call from my neighbor: “Come fast. There is someone at your front door.

From today, I am leaving the Kwankwasiyya movement, God willing. I spent 17 years in it, and under Kwankwaso I received free education. The issue is not because of Sardauna; rather, I have been deeply troubled since the day Kwankwaso agreed to become Peter Obi's Vice Presidential candidate.
This is a humiliation to us and a disrespect to the political standing of Northern Nigeria—that Kwankwaso would agree to be Obi's Vice President. Who is Obi even in the South, let alone in the North? How many comrades, lawmakers, senators, and governors has he produced or mentored through his political structure in this country?
Today, I have reached my limit and can finally express what has been in my heart. Just as our leader organized scholarship programs and carried out charitable works for us, may Allah bless him and reward him with nothing but Paradise.
Dr Muhammad.

Could There Be a Hidden Finger Behind the Ogbomosho Abduction?
Before commenting, please read this and think critically, rather than just reacting emotionally.
On Monday, April 14, 2014, 276 girls were abducted from the Government Girls Secondary School, Chibok, by Boko Haram. As a result, #BringBackOurGirls erupted and soon became a cause célèbre.
That abduction became the single biggest factor in determining the outcome of the Nigerian Presidential election on Saturday, March 28, 2015.
Now, a similar abduction has occurred on Friday, May 15, 2026, at a time when Nigeria is facing another bitterly contested Presidential election.
The actual intent behind these recurring actions may be deeper than we think. So let us be sentient beings and think, rather than just emote in a knee jerk reaction.
Mathematically, what are the odds of two Southern Presidents facing almost exact scenarios occurring at a period almost equidistant to their elections?
The chances that this is a coincidence are slim.
Nevertheless, the focus ought to be on rescuing the pupils and teachers.
And then there is prevention.
That was why President Bola Tinubu launched the State Police initiative, and on Thursday, March 5, 2026, the Tinubu administration inaugurated a committee to develop a comprehensive framework for the establishment and governance of state police in Nigeria.
So, for Governor Seyi Makinde to say that the President was against State Police, which is why he set up Amotekun, is most unfortunate and fallacious.
Saying that the Tinubu government "should stop wasting Nigerians’ time" on State Police is sad.
First of all, Amotekun (officially the Western Nigeria Security Network) was established on Thursday, January 9, 2020. More than three years before President Tinubu became President.
So, how could President Tinubu have been against State Police when he had no power to order or prevent its implementation?
Secondly, the primary driving force behind the establishment of the Western Nigeria Security Network, AKA Amotekun, was not Governor Seyi Makinde. It was Governor Rotimi Akeredolu, a Tinubu ally, who only became Governor with Asiwaju Tinubu's backing.
So, let us stop all this bickering and face the issues at stake. There may be an as-yet invisible finger behind this abduction, and we should not get emotional about this issue, as we all did in 2014, during the Chibok abduction.
Nigerians may recall that before he died under mysterious circumstances, Obadiah Mailafia, a former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, had on Tuesday, August 11, 2020, said during an interview that repentant bandits told him that a then-sitting Governor was their Commander-in-Chief.
And truly, soon after he made that statement, a sitting Governor admitted in a Channels Television interview that he traced bandits to the locations of their powwows and paid them. Paid them for what?
And then, last year, that same individual, as disgruntled as he was under President Jonathan, vowed to ensure that President Tinubu would not be reelected!
Please fact-check me: That same individual made the exact threat in 2014 against President Jonathan.
If a person can threaten the lives of foreign election observers, what can't they do?
And now bandits have given us a déjà vu of the Chibok Girls abduction in Ogbomosho.
It may or may not be a coincidence. But if we are all emotional, reactionary, angry, and pointing fingers at each other, rather than approaching those issues with critical thinking, we will never know.
Again, it is unfortunate that this abduction occurred, and His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, is doing everything within his powers to rescue the remaining pupils and their teachers.
But let us not allow ourselves to become so worked up that we do not realise that we may be being set up.

When you see these people wanting to take power from @officialABAT and constantly attacking his life, politics and policies, you would be forced to shake your head in disbelief.
If you closely look at them, their character, politics and philosophy, you wonder what element they are;
@sowore Sowore who opens a political party and appoint himself as the national chairman in other to secure presidential ticket by way of adoption. Then when elections time approaches, he hands the chairmanship, after loosing election he collects back the chairmanship till the next election. Is he a democrat?
To @PeterObi who jumps from one party to another in search of a guaranteed ticket without primaries; Meanwhile his deceived foot soldiers are subjected to primaries in the same party where he secures his ticket by adoption; The foot soldiers and rabble rousers have all lost their primaries because politics is more than activism that they are good at.
To @atiku Wazirin Adamawa, who believes he has the rights to change political parties in search of his ambition and that is ok by him, but the minute those who supported him also pursue their aspirations away from him, he classify them as lacking character and betrayers ( a Classic case of slave and slave master) Under him no one has the rights to become presidents until when he resigns from politics. Wanting to use peter obi and benefit from his followers, when Obi left, Obi is a bad man.
The list goes on, and one common denominator is that President Tinubu is more a democrat than them all.
@officialABAT as a sitting president who should have option of first refusal, and we could have simply had a consensus, but when a member of our party said he too wants to run, a primaries was initiated so he will not be stifled. Now who is a democrat? You tell me.
What all these opposition aspirants are doing everyday is to simply make noise about our government without offering a clear alternative path. Taking advantage of any misfortune that happens to Nigerians as a talking points, calling us with all sorts of names without making a good case for their aspirations. Talk is cheap

My stands still remain that VDM must be arrested and answer questions relating to the said video. Here is why;
First, he said multiple times that he is the owner of RATELS and has registered and trademark it in almost all categories. The source of the said video is believed to have originated from “RATEL TV”, a page that has been consistent in circulating almost all VDM videos since its creation. The pages is across all social media platforms and followers of the page are RATELS Members.
Second, the leader of the RATELS or what VDM describes as the “PRESIDENT” of the RATEL group, an association that is owned and controlled by him VDM, all their activities are sanctioned expressly or impliedly by VDM, therefore, denying the video alone does not remove him from liability, because he is the “PRINCIPAL” of the organization and is vicariously liable to but criminal and civil liabilities arising from the conduct of the group or members of that group, because they are always acting as the agent of their President (VDM).
Third, yes the video was fake and was made by a person controlling his RATELS pages and they have VDM authorities, either expressly or impliedly to be doing what they are posting. Therefore, the duty is on him to produce the maker of that video or face the consequences himself. A simple example of this position is, assuming that during a cleaning session of the Ratels, someone was injured by the negligence of the Ratels member, VDM will be held liable by law.
@aonanuga1956 was not wrong to call for his arrest, neither was anyone who supported the call for his arrest. Clearly, this fight is not a muscle fight, and VDM should be wise enough to start looking for the maker of the video and or produce him to the authorities or own up to the video as his. Coming online to make a video insulting people will not help him. @OfficialDSSNG should take not of this position.
You can’t mess around with everyone. You have the right to criticize the government and the President and call for good governance, but you must do so within the framework of the LAW.
Everyone must be properly guided!!
