@gearhartpkmn @AbrandNewMac At least the Lugia format was super fun. The post-rotation format isn't.

@AbrandNewMac It's not a coincidence that the last two times we've had a Pokémon with no Weakness, they've been 30%+ decks (Dragapult, and Lugia with Dunsparce). Weakness is what stops Pokémon from looking like MTG metagames.

If they changed the weakness mechanic to +40 damage, would you still consider this format slop ? (I like the format, but i see plenty of complaints)

Taking inspiration from MTG, Pokemon TCG should print a Supporter that makes the opponent draws the same amount of cards (or 2x) they have in hand (counter for Alakazam). Side thought: This is why Iron Hands ex was somewhat healthy, it kept single prizer decks under control.

After testing several decks in post ro tonight I can confidently say that his is how the format feels. It’s very demoralizing. And it’s almost like it’s not necessarily Pult but Budew just got so much stronger.

@airl_ta @hgssprime I said this the moment budew got leaked and people called me crazy and exaggerated 🤔

@hgssprime Budew is a mistake... its make stage 2 deck too difficult to play
